Why Mediation?
In my 20 years of practice, I have handled thousands of personal injury cases. During that time, be it from a plaintiff or an insurance company adjustor, I’m always asked the same question: “what’s this case worth?” My answer is always: “this case is worth whatever a jury says it’s worth”. Since only about 5% of cases actually go to trial, waiting to see what a jury awards can be expensive, time consuming, and impractical. Mediation can you save you that time and money and take away the uncertainty of what 12 strangers will decide about your case.

My Background
I was born in 1972 and raised in Garland, Texas. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University I attended Texas A&M School of Law and graduated in 2000. After graduation I worked at firms involved in toxic tort litigation, personal injury litigation, and insurance defense before entering private practice in 2009. I live in Rockwall with my wife, two daughters, and two dogs, Izzy and Duff (aptly named after members of Guns n’ Roses). I opened my mediation practice in 2020 focusing on matters involving personal injury litigation.

Majors Mediation Group
Nathan Majors
Over the last 20 years, I have worked on both the plaintiff and defense side of the bar. I have defended insureds and insurance companies. I have represented plaintiffs who have suffered minor soft tissue injuries and those who have suffered catastrophic, life-changing injuries. I have tried cases in Dallas County, Tarrant County, and across North Texas. I have worked with solo practitioners, lawyers in large international firms, and hundreds of mediators. This knowledge and experience has taught me what works and what doesn’t in getting these kinds of cases resolved.

My Role
Mediation provides all parties with the chance to share their cases with each other and discuss the strengths and weaknesses in their respective cases in a professional and respectful environment. My job is to use that information and my experience to help the parties arrive at a settlement that no one is thrilled about, but all can live with. That’s why it’s call a mediated settlement and not a “mediated victory”.
Our Fees
We’re located at 4925 Greenville Avenue, Suite 200, Dallas Texas. There is plenty of free parking.
