After graduating from Texas A&M School of Law in 2000, I’ve been part of small firms, large firms and worked as a solo practitioner. I’ve handled more than 100 jury trials throughout the state of Texas, handled cases involving toxic tort litigation, personal injury, and insurance bad faith, and represented plaintiffs, defendants, and insurance companies.

I opened Majors Mediation Group in 2019, transitioning to a 100% focus on mediation on September 1, 2021. When it comes to mediation, I follow the advice of the late, great Jim Valvono: “Don’t give up. Don’t ever give up.” I’ll stay involved in your case until it settles, or until you introduce yourself and your client to the jury. With this mindset guiding me, I’ve maintained an 85%+ settlement rate.
